Fresh summer salad. Delicious with a sandwich and a suitable glass of cider.
Preparation time 15 minutes
INGREDIENTS .. 2-4 pers
- 200 g cooked white fish (remains from stock)
- 1 grated carrot
- 100 g grated celery
- 1/2 grated apple
- 3 finely chopped, young onions
- 1 tbsp marjoram
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 3 tbsp sour cream
- 3 tbsp chopped dill
- lemon juice
- salt & pepper
Mix all the ingredients together in the bowl. Bring them spoke with lemon juice, salt and pepper and ready.
Serve on lettuce crisp bread or bruschetta or as a meal.
Delicious cider, white beer or white wine.
