Greek Herb Mix

Herb mix for Mediterranean and Greek delicacies. I prefer to mix my herbs myself, because then I know what I eat and also, that when cooking with this mixture I will not be surprised by monosodium glutamate (monosodium salt of glutamic acid) or thickeners.

Preparation time not even 5 minutes .. Durability max.some weeks, because it’s really good


  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 tsp dried marjolein
  • 2 tsp dried thyme
  • 2 tsp dried onion
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp dried dill
  • 2 tsp dried parsley


Mix all kinds of herbs together in a bowl or put them in a preserving glass and shake well. If you want, you can also add salt and black pepper. I did it.
