Zucchini Antipesto

Another great sandwich which I’ll surely eat next time with anchovy or some yummy olive. Blessed!

Preparation time 5 minutes .. Baking 10 minutes

INGREDIENTS .. 8-10 pers

  • toast bread or a slice of bread with crispy crust
  • eggplant-antipasto
  • olive oil

PREPARATION

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Drizzle desired number of slices of bread with olive oil and coat them with zucchini antipasto. Put the bread baking in the oven for 10 minutes. Done!
