Fish salad with apple

Fresh summer salad. Delicious with a sandwich and a suitable glass of cider.

Preparation time 15 minutes

INGREDIENTS .. 2-4 pers

  • 200 g cooked white fish (remains from stock)
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 100 g grated celery
  • 1/2 grated apple
  • 3 finely chopped, young onions
  • 1 tbsp marjoram
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • 3 tbsp chopped dill
  • lemon juice
  • salt & pepper


Mix all the ingredients together in the bowl. Bring them spoke with lemon juice, salt and pepper and ready.

Serve on lettuce crisp bread or bruschetta or as a meal.
Delicious cider, white beer or white wine.
