Nutritious, easy to digest and delicious tuna with vegetables salad.
Preparation time 15 minutes .. Baking 8-10 minutes
INGREDIENTS .. 4 pers
- 600 g tuna
- 1 packet of lettuce
- 1 packet purslane
- 4 carrots
- 200 g cucumber
- 20 g red wine vinegar
- olive oil & Mycryo
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- salt & pepper
Clean all the vegetables and cut into julienne carrots and tomatoes and cucumber into small cubes.
In a mixing bowl, combine the vinegar, olive oil and soy sauce and mix with vegetables.
Season the tuna with salt & pepper and bake in the pan on Mycyro or olive oil.
Serve the fish on the warm plates immediately with salad as a side dish.
