Spicy Shot Peas

Fantastic cocktail nuts à la chickpeas. Blessed and I will also like to use this crunchy accessoir in my salads and soups. Delicious! You can easily adapt the spices to your own taste.

Preparation time 5 minutes .. Baking 35 minutes .. Durability none, you will eat them immediately


  • 2 cups of cooked chickpeas
  • 2,5 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tsp nigela seed (onion seed)
  • 1/2 tsp curcuma powder
  • 1/2 tsp curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp in mortar crushed marjoram
  • 1/2 tsp in mortar crushed coriander seeds
  • 1 crushed clove of garlic


Preheat the oven to 425°F.

Put all the spices, salt and garlic in a bowl and mix well together. Add the cooked and drained chickpeas and mix everything well.

Put the peas boorel on the baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Then shake the peas from each other, so they flip as on baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Ready!

Enjoy it with BBQ’s, receptions, family parties or just as a healthy snack with your favorite movie.
