Sour cream dough

Fantastic soft and creamy dough for Martin’s apple slice. →

Preparation time 10 minutes


  • 450 g all purpouse flour
  • 100 g icing sugar
  • 250 g margarine
  • 4 full tbsp of sour cream
  • 1/2 sachet of baking powder


Mix the flour, sugar and baking powder together and mix with butter cubes. Add the sour cream, make a compact dough and put it in the fridge for an hour.

After cooling, the dough is ready for further processing. I use it for these pies:
