Incredible, delicious and super easy to make! Forget the chips, this is new Nr.1 snack!
Preparation time 15 minutes .. Baking 20 minutes
- 1/2 poached or fresh cauliflower florets
- 2-3 pressed garlic cloves
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp dried estragon
- 2 tbsp curcuma
- 2 tbsp curry
- 4 tbsp thyme
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 100 g grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat the oven to 230°C.
Mix all ingredients except the cauliflower florets together. Do each rose in the spice mixture and roll in the cheese.
Put all florets on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden in the preheated oven.
Drain after firing briefly on kitchen paper.
Use them as a preview at the BBQ, or attached to lemon pasta with cilantro. Or just as a healthy snack.
