A delicious recipe for quick and tasty quiches in mini version.
Preparation time 10 minutes .. Baking 20-25 minutes
INGREDIENTS .. 4 pers
- 6-7 shallots
- 230 g puff pastry
- 2 tbsp bread-crumbs
- 150 g Superano ham
- 2 eggs
- 1 dl sour cream
- salt & pepper
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Cut the shallots into rings. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the shallots.
Lay a quiche mould with baking paper and cover them with puff pastry. Prick with a fork holes in the dough and sprinkle the breadcrumbs over the bottom. Distribute the shallots and ham over the pastries.
Beat the eggs with the sour cream. Season with salt and pepper and pour the mixture over the quiche’s.
Bake for about 20-25 minutes in the oven.
Serve with beer or cider.
