Dessert Biscuit

Fantastic dough for biscuits, Boudoires and Charlottes.

Preparation time 20 minutes .. Baking 6-8 minutes

INGREDIENTS for one tart

  • 3 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 yolks
  • 4 tbsp pudding powder
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • powder sugar


Beat the egg whites with the sugar until a thick foam. Beat the egg yolks and mix under the foam. Sift the cornstarch and flour and fold into the batter briefly. Spray the desired biscuit spoon on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Sprinkle a little powdered waiter spoon biscuits and bake in preheated oven at 410°F for approximately 6-8 minutes.

Let the biscuit after baking on a wire rack.

I have never in my life eaten sweeter and softer biscuit. It’s simply fantastic.
