I had a bowl of cut fruit in the refrigerator and I almost forgot it. So I quickly made a crumble so that they can be eaten.
Preparation time 7 minutes .. Baking 20-25 minutes .. Durability 1 week in refrigerator
INGREDIENTS .. 2 pers
- a bowl of pieces of different fruit
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp lemon sap
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 50 g butter
- 50 g broken walnuts
- 4 tbsp almond flour
- 4 tbsp oat-flakes
PREPARATION
Preheat the oven on 190°C.
Put the fruit, cut into small pieces in the oven solid bowl. Mix the sugar and the honey under the fruit and sprinkle with oats and broken nuts. Mix again and finally add the strawberry.
In another bowl mix together the butter, almond flour and oat flakes. Put the mixture on the fruits and bake for 20-25 minutes in preheated oven.
Enjoy as lukewarm or cold breakfast or dessert.
