Quiche with cauliflower and tuna was success. So let’s simplify it and make it with salmon.
Preparation time 25 minutes .. Baking 35-40 minutes
INGREDIENTS .. 4-6 pers
- 1 cauliflower
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 200 ml sour cream
- 1 egg
- 200 g smoked salmon
- 100 g grated cheese
- salt & pepper
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Put the pastry fin the baking dish.
Clean the cauliflower, cut into florets, steam or cook and let cool down. Mix the cream and the egg and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Put the cauliflower, pieces of salmon, sprinkle with grated cheese and pour over with the egg mixture. Cook for 20-25 minutes in the oven.
Serve the quiche with lettuce and vinaigrette.
