Tagliatelle with sauté of lamb

Simple meal but a pleasure due the delicious herb seasoning.

Preparation time 15 minutes


  • 130 g tagliatelle
  • 300 g lamb fillet
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1,5 tbsp chopped fresh thyme
  • 1,5 tbsp dried oregano
  • 4 spring onions, chopped
  • 1 crushed garlic clove
  • 7 tbsp oil
  • salt & pepper


Cut the lamb into thin strips and set aside.

Mix in bowl the seasoning, onion, oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper and add the lam. Mix well, cover with foil and place for at least an hour in the refrigerator.

Cook the tagliatelle al dente in lightly salted water. In the middle of the preparation heat 2 tablespoons oil in the pan and fry sauté of lamb in it for 4 minutes.

Serve sauté on a bed of tagliatelle and a glass of beloved beer.
