Tagliatelle with Chorizo

Fresh pasta with spicy Spanish sausage. Cheap and delicious !

Preparation time 30 minutes


  • 400 g tagliatelle
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 peeled tomatoes, diced
  • 1 small courgette, diced
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 Chorizo ​​sausage, diced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 seasoning stock cube
  • pepper


Peel and chop the shallot and garlic. Cut the peeled tomatoes into small cubes. Wash the zucchini, remove both ends and cut the zucchini in small cubes.

Cook the tagliatelle according to instructions. Heat the oil in the pan. Fry the shallots and garlic until translucent. Add the zucchini and diced tomatoes and let simmer for 5 minutes. Season with herbs crumbled stock cube, pepper and lemon juice.

Serve with a glass of white beer or white wine.
