Summer salad Nr.7

Surprisingly delicious salad of just three ingredients. Next time I will add some Parmesan or Pecorino – BLESSED!

Preparation time 30 minutes


  • 1 small cauliflower
  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • little chives
  • 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp mustard


Wash the cauliflower and divide into florets. Boil it in water in 10 minutes or until just tender, drain and drain the cauliflower and cool.

Wash the radishes and chives. Cut the radishes into rings in a bowl and cauliflower florets be doing it.

Make a sauce of oil, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper.

Mix the cauliflower salad, season with the sauce and sprinkle with chopped chives.
