Irresistible, fresh jam of Jostaberries, Blackcurrant and Red gooseberries, accompanied by aromatic extracts from elderflower. Hmmm ……

Preparation time 55 minutes .. Durability 1 year

INGREDIENTS .. 700 ml of jam

  • 250 g jostaberries
  • 250 g blackcurrant
  • 250 g red Gooseberries
  • 200 ml elderflower extract
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 700 g sugar


Wash the fruit, drain and remove the stems. Put them in the pot and add the lemon juice, elderflower extract and sugar. Bring everything to a low heat to a simmer and cook until the jam thickens. Then divide it into sterilised jars and seal well.

Let the jam cool down and store them in the basement or in a cool, dark place.

Jam is suitable not only for your sandwich, but also as a condiment or filling for pies, cakes or creams. Or you can make a tea full of vitamin C.
