Delicious red fruit sauce for vanilla ice cream, desserts or cakes!
Preparation time 20 minutes
- 350 g strawberries
- 300 g red currant
- 3 tbsp black currant
- 200 g suiker
- juice from 1/2 lime
Wash the strawberries and add the green off. Wash and drain the currants.
Heat the fruits with a little lemon juice until you have a knitting. Then add the sugar and let boil for a moment.
Let the sauce cool and then you can freeze it for later.
