Puff Pastry Bouchée

Decorative puff pastry bouchée for sweet and savory dishes and desserts.

Preparation time 5 minutes .. Baking 15-20 minutes


  • 2 sheets of puff pastry
  • 1 egg


Beat a loose yolk with a little water. Preheat the oven to 170 – 180°C.
Insert a pastry six rings from the sheet of puff pastry. You can do this using a large garnish ring. Insert from four of six pieces of fabric each with a round using a smaller garnish ring. Build on each well: underneath a round piece, above four rings of puff pastry, and a round piece on top again. Glue all the parts to each other with one yolk per 4 people. Ironing is also egg yolk over the top of the cake, so that the gloss out of the oven. Use a brush or brush to work handy.
Bake the cups in the oven until they are fluffy and golden brown. (15 to 20 minutes at 170 to 180°C)
