Pork stroganoff

Fantastic pork Stroganoff without ketchup but with gluten-free pasta.

Preparation time 20 minutes .. Baking 20 minutes


  • 13 oz pork steak
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 onions, sliced or diced
  • 2 shallots, sliced or diced
  • 12 oz button mushrooms, quartered
  • 1 clove garlic, minced or grated
  • 1 cup beef stock
  • 1/2 cup red wine
  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 small sour pickle, julienned (optional)


Heat 2 tbsp butter in a frying pan. Add the onion and garlic and cook for 5-10 minutes until light golden color gain. Pour in the broth and red wine and let it boil for 2-4 minutes. Add the mushrooms and sour cream and cook until thickened. Remove from heat and set aside.

Transfer sliced ​​meat with salt, pepper and paprika. Heat 1 tablespoon butter in the pan over high heat. Add the meat and sear for two minutes. Add onion mix to the meat. Stir in Worcestershire through, and remove from heat.

Serve with gluten-free (or not) pasta and garnish with julienned pickles and chopped parsley.
