Leek soup with peas

There is nothing better than fresh, tasty and hot soup with vegetables.

Preparation time 50 minutes


  • 4 preien in ringen
  • 2 aardappelen, in blokjes
  • bosje bieslook
  • 100 g gevroren erwtjes
  • 4 el olie
  • 1 flinke el zure room
  • zout en peper


Heat the oil in a pan and fry the leeks for 4-5 minutes. Add the potato cubes, sprinkle a little salt and fry briefly. Pour over with water, bring to the boil and simmer for about 15 minutes simmer. Mix after the soup in a blender, add the sour cream and the peas (you do not thaw). Let the peas in the soup warm and finally also add chopped chives with.

Serve with bread or gluten-free breadsticks.
