Pig cheeks with Speculoos

I had no idea how tasty Speculoos with meat could be, until now. Really delicious!

Preparation time 20 minutes .. Stewing 60 minutes

INGREDIENTS .. 4 pers

  • 1250 g pigs cheeks
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 bottle of beer
  • 250 ml veal stock
  • speculoos spices
  • 4 pcs Speculoos cookies
  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 250 ml sour cream
  • 1/2 bunch chives

PREPARATION

Clean the pork cheeks (remove the membrane) and fry together with the sliced ​​onion briefly on all sides in hot butter. Sprinkle with flour and moisten with veal stock and beer. Add to the gingerbread. Let everything simmer quietly for an hour until the meat is cooked. Subtle spice with gingerbread spices.

Peel and boil the potatoes, stomp puree. Mix with sour cream, salt and pepper. Garnish with chopped chives.
