Pasta with Brussels sprouts & chorizo

Delicious pasta with Brussels sprouts and irresistible garlic-lemon saus.

Preparation time 35 minutes


  • 200 g pasta
  • 250 g Brussels sprouts; shaved
  • 200 g chorizo
  • 400 ml sour cream
  • juice from 2 lemons
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 fresh spring onion, chopped
  • 3 pressed cloves garlic
  • salt & peper


Clean the sprouts and shave them in the kitchen robot. Boil the water with a little salt for the pasta.
Meanwhile, cut chorizo into rings and fry them briefly on the pan. Take them after baking the pan and keep them warm.

Put the butter in the pan, let it melt and fry the garlic and onion. Add sprouts and lemon juice, bring to taste with pepper and salt and finally add the cream. Let everything boil well to a sauce.

Cook the pasta al dente and after cooking, put them in the pot with sauce, together with fried chorizo. Mix everything well and let it heat together.

Serve with cider, or a glass of white wine.
