Milk bread with chocolate

Irresistible bread that disappears before you know it.

Preparation time 15 minutes .. Rising 30+60 minutes .. Baking 40 minutes


  • 500 g white flour
  • 200 g milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 20 g fresh yeast
  • 50 g butter
  • 40 g sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 100 g dark chocolate


Heat the milk with a pinch of sugar to 37°C. Crumble the yeast with it and add the other ingredients 6 min – kneading. Knead the dough and let it rest for half an hour in a warm place or in the oven at 40°C in plastic film under a towel.

Knead again, add the chocolate drops of dices and give the desired shape to the dough. Let rest again in a warm place for an hour. Place the dough on a silicone baking sheet or in a baking pan (greased and flowered).

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes.
