Incredibly delicious and aromatic stuffing for pies.
Preparation time 15 minutes
INGREDIENTS ..
- 85 g maple syrup
- 50 g brown sugar
- 40 g honey
- 40 g unsalted butter
- 40 g whipping cream
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 hands of roughly chopped hazelnuts
- 3 tbsp grund almonds
PREPARATION
Combine te maple syrup, honey, sugar, butter, whipping cream and egg yolk in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil and leave to boil for a few minutes. Take off the heat and stir in the nuts. Leave to cool.
Ready to be used.
