This dish is actually a fish, meat and salad in one. The day before yesterday I made a papillote of chicken and bacon. But my Darling did not manage to eat it all, and I certainly didn’t wanted to throw the leftovers away. So I decided to combine chicken-bacon-fish + vegetables in a warm salad for his lunch box. And what a success ! 🙂
Preparation time 10 minutes
INGREDIENTS .. 1 pers
- leftovers of papillot
- 170 g piece of fish, can be smaller
- salt & pepper
Heat the butter in the pan. Transfer the fish to taste with salt and pepper and fry on both sides in butter. Meanwhile, heat the leftovers papillote (chicken-bacon-leek-potato) in the microwave and place in a bowl.
Cut the fish into bite when she is ready-made pieces and mix well with the leftovers of papillote.
Now fill the lunch box with the salad and ready 🙂 DELICIOUS !
Actually you can make as many portions as many leftovers you still have. Only you’ll need a little bit more fish.
