Lime rice with Skrei and cilantro

Great menu after a long break without food, or if you just want to relax your body. A fresh and light menu. Yummy!

Preparation time 20 minutes


  • 2 bags of quick-cooking rice
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic, pressed
  • 100 g black beans
  • 3 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 30 g of freshly chopped coriander
  • 300 g Skrei


First cook the black beans with bay leaf.

Once they are done, drain them but collect the moisture and cook in the rice. This way she is flavored and gets a light purple color.

Meanwhile fry the Skrei on butter in the pan.

When the rice is ready, drain it and put it in the bowl together with beans, garlic, lime juice and a little olive oil. Add the chopped coriander and mix everything gently and season with salt. Serve with baked Skrei.
