Lemon dough

Fresh, natural flavoured and extremely delicious fruity dough for pies, pastries or cookies.

Preparation time 10 minutes .. Rising 30 minutes .. Baking 20 minutes

INGREDIENTS .. 6-8 pers

  • 250 g soft butter
  • 125 g powder sugar
  • 250 g flour
  • 20 g yolk (1 egg)
  • grated peel of 1 lemon
  • pinch of salt


Spoon the flour in a circle on the worksheet. Add the remaining ingredients and knead into a firm dough.

Wrap it in cling film and leave for 30 minutes in the fridge.

After is the dough ready to be processed to a pie, pastry or cookies.
