Kohlrabi and broccoli quiche

Unusual combination, tasty and very light quiche. But one can also call it a cleaning up the refrigerator.

Preparation time 30 minutes .. Baking 25 minutes


  • 2 broccoli stems, cut into strips
  • 1 kohlrabi, cut into strips
  • few slices of ham
  • 150 g grated cheese
  • 200 g of sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • 230 g puff pastry
  • salt & pepper


Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Cook the vegetables in salted water, arrange them in cold water, drain and let cool.

Place the dough in the shape and line the bottom with sliced ham. Spread the vegetables over the ham slices and sprinkle everything with grated cheese.

Mix the cream with egg, season with salt pepper and pour over the quiche.

Bake the quiche in a preheated oven for about 25 minutes.

Serve with salad as desired and with cider or beer.
