Goji jam ®

The only real jam from dried goji berries.

Preparation time 40 minutes


  • 550 g dried goji
  • 100 g dried cranberries (optional)
  • 550 g dark cane sugar
  • 600 ml water
  • sap of 1 citróna


Wash fruit and put into a deeper pan. Add the water and lemon juice, and when everything begins to boil, leave 10-15 minutes on low heat simmering until the water evaporates. Then add cane sugar and continue cooking until the jam begins to deepen.

You can put the jam in a blender or immersion blender. After pureeing will appear tiny and very fine seeds which you can but do not have to sieve. I did it for one jar as a gift for my parents in law.

Put the jam while hot into glass, close well and let cool down.
