Fruit tartelettes

Easy to make, especially when you don’t have enough fruit for one big tart. Great as French breakfast (meaning sweet).

Preparation time 30 minutes .. Baking 20 minutes

PREPARATION

Prepare the pastry cream according to the recipe of the link and let cooked cream cool in the refrigerator.

Meanwhile, prepare the dough according to the recipe of the second link, or use the dough from the supermarket and cut it into the diameter of three cake tins.

Wash the apples, remove the core and cut into thin wedges. Wash the apricots, cut them in half, remove the stone and cut into quarters each half.

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Put the dough in the tins and fill with pastry cream. Lined the first tart with banana slices, the second with apricot wedges and the latter with apple. Spread the fruit in the tarts with elderflower syrup and bake 20 minutes, or until the edges of the cake to be dark gold.

After baking, sprinkle the apple tart with walnut pieces, and the other two with coarsely chopped pistachios and let the cake cool on a rack.

After cooling pies can be frozen and reheated.
