Fish fingers with gently spicy, blueberry sauce.
Preparation time 45-50 minutes
INGREDIENTS .. 4 pers
- 500 g potatoes
- 30 g butter
Prepare the fingers as described in the recipe in the link and keep warm. You can use all white fish to make the fingers.
Boil the potatoes in salted water, strain, add the butter and mix well together. Keep warm until serving.
Meanwhile, prepare the blueberry sauce as described in the recipe link.
Serve with potatoes on the fingers heated board and pour over with blueberry sauce.
