Double coloured, fast cake with a minimum of eggs, but well with pistachio and almond slices. Forget the division of eggs, or whipping egg whites. Just mix, bake and enjoy !
Preparation time 10 minutes .. Baking 40 minutes
INGREDIENTS .. 4-6 pers
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 0,5 cup of custard sugar
- 0,5 cup of milk
- 1/4 cup of oil
- 2 little eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- handful unsalted pistachios
- handful almond shavings
Mix the baking soda into the flour and set aside. Beat the eggs with the mixer loose, add crystal sugar and vanilla and beat until the sugar has dissolved. Add the milk and beat a little further. Also add the flour and finally the oil over it.
Pour 2/3 of-the dough into a greased and floured baking pan and sprinkle with pistachios. Mix in the last third of the cocoa and almond shavings. Pour the cocoa dough on the white dough and mix gently with a fork.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (hot air ovens -20°C) and bake the cake marble in it about 30-40 minutes, or until the meat stick comes out clean.
Serve with a cloud of whipped cream and a sauce or with small fruits.
