Farmer’s pasta

Yet another recipe of the most common set of “Desperate housewife kitchen”. This time, fast, tasty and healthy pasta à la farmer.

Preparation time 20 minutes


  • 250 g pasta you wish
  • 400 g cottage cheese
  • 125 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 broccoli in roosjes
  • scraps of fried meat or poultry (optional)
  • salt & pepper


Cook the pasta al dente in salted water. Strain and keep warm until use.

Put the florets of broccoli in boiling, salted water and cook for 8 minutes. Take them from the water eh drain. Keep warm. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and the meat into thin strips.

Mix the cottage cheese under the pasta, add the remaining ingredients. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately with a glass of cider or beer.

Pasta is also delicious as a cold, so you can make it your way.
