Cocoa Coffee Cream

Sweet memory of childhood in Slovakia.

Preparation time 20 minutes

INGREDIENTS .. 6 porcions á 150 ml

  • 3 eggs
  • 20 coffee spoons of sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 3 big tbsp cocoa
  • 125 g soft butter
  • whipped cream
  • 200 ml coffee
  • round biscuits
  • 1 banana


Mix well together in a bain-marie the eggs, sugar, vanilla and cocoa. Turn on the heat and mix with a whisk or hand mixer on the lowest speed for about 10 minutes. Then turn off the heat and mix in the butter with the cream. Mix well until the butter has melted.

Lay on the bottom of the cups 3 boudoirs dumped into the coffee and pour the cream over it. Then do 4 thin slices of fresh banana and pour back the last time the cream on top.

Put cooked portions for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator. They decorate with whipped cream after cooling and possibly with bits of dried banana.
