Coffee cream

Cream for cakes and roulades, now with fresh coffee flavor.

Preparation time 30 minutes


  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g custard sugar
  • 250 g butter
  • 2 PL instant coffee


Beat eggs with sugar au bain-marie until firm cream. Allow to cool.

Beat the butter with coffee powder until soft foam.

Cooled mass of eggs and sugar mixture little by little under the butter foam. Enjoy !
