Soft inside, crispy on the outside!
Preparation time 10 minutes .. Baking 12 minutes .. Storagein an airtight container – if you would
INGREDIENTS .. 18-30 pcs
- 1/3 cup dark chocolate
- 1/3 cup praline chocolate, in little pieces
- 1/3 cup white chocolate, in little pieces
- 1/3 cup salty butter
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
Pre-heat the oven at 347°F. Put the baking paper or foil on the baking sheet. I baked them in the silicone form for “finance cookies”.
Melt the dark chocolate with salty butter in a large bowl.
Add whole egg and sugar and mix well. Add cocoa powder and flour mixed with baking powder. When the mixture is homogeneous, add chunks of white chocolate and praline chocolate and mix again everything well.
Use two tablespoons to put the dough in a size of a little bit bigger hazelnuts on the baking sheet and with a distance of 5 cm from each other. The size of the dough-nuts will determine the size of later baked chips.
Bake them for 12 minutes.
After baking, take them of the paper and let them cool down on the whire rack.
