Rye sourdough

Sourdough bread, in contrast to the bread made with yeast does not cause any increase in the volume of acids in the body and is therefore no support for the presence of skin disorders and fungal infections. It helps even people with acne problems, supports nervous system activity, after dinner, there is no mucus and ultimately does not cause bloating.

Preparation time 5 minutes .. Rising 3-4 days

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 3/4 cup luke warm water
  • 1 3/4 cup rye flour
  • 1 cup peeled and grated apple

PREPARATION

Mix flour, apple and water in a glass with a capacity of at least half a liter. Lend lid but close it not too strong and let sourdough stand in a warm place (preferably at room temperature) for 3-4 days. Shake jar gently every morning and evening.

If you want to store the sourdough in the refrigerator, feed it weekly by adding 3/4 cup rye flour and 3/4 cup water.

If you want to stored it at room temperature, feed him every day. Sourdough should have a thick consistency of slurry.
