Cheddar cheeseburger pasta

Truly delicious meal! This way I might be friend with cheeseburger. Cheap, fast, easy and very nutritious recipe.

Preparation time 25 minutes


  • 460 g minced beef (or as you wish)
  • 200 g chopped Cheddar
  • 150 g cream cheese
  • 1 thick Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 pressed garlic cloves
  • 200 ml cream or milk
  • 3 el chopped parsley or chives, I did both
  • salt & pepper


Cook pasta per package instructions.

While pasta is cooking, brown the hamburger meat in a large skillet, breaking it up as it cooks together with garlic. Bake it until no excess remains. Add the cream cheese and cheddar cheese to the meat and stir until it is melted and combined.

Slowly add the mustard now and the cream of milk, while continuously stirring to make a sauce.
Add the cooked pasta and chopped herbs into the sauce and stir to coat.

Serve immediately with a glass of white beer or red wine.
