Cottage cheese salad with salmon

Fresh, healthy and nutritious combination of cottage cheese, smoked salmon and fresh vegetables.

Preparation time 15 minutes


  • 250 g smoked salmon, in strips
  • 100 g little young cucumbers, peeled and in rings
  • 100 g rucola, in fork size
  • 150 ml voll full-fat yogurt
  • 3 Tbsp chives
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1 young leek, in thin rings
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • some pitted olives
  • salt & pepper


For the dressing: Mix the yogurt with crushed garlic, lemon juice, pepper and a little salt. Finally add finely chopped chives and cottage cheese and mix well. Set the dressing aside for a while.

Cut the tomatoes in four and put them in the bowl. Wash the leeks and cut into thin rings and add to the tomatoes. Coarsely chop arugula and add to the rest of the vegetables. Do not add sliced ​​smoked salmon, and halved olives and mix well. Pour the vegetables over with the dressing and mix well.

Arrange everything nicely in a deep plate or in a bowl and serve with a baguette or brown bread.
