I desired a meal with red cabbage. And as we usually eat a fish on Friday, I decided to combine these two together. I tell you, this is just so amazing!

INGREDIENTS .. 4 pers
- 1 red cabbage
- 2 apples (untreated)
- 1 red onion
- thyme
- 1 bay leaf
- 4 tbsp Maple syrup (of honey)
- 10 tbsp balsamico cream
- 1 little coffee spoon cinnamon
- water
- butter
- 4 x 200 g salmon
PREPARATION
Cut the red cabbage finely and fry them in butter, along with the onion. Simmer and add thyme, bay leaf, honey, balsamico cream, cinnamon and some water to. Let simmer 1 hour under cover. Add the apples into cubes.
Bake the salmon in butter and serve with red cabbage.
