Teddy bears ®

Originally it should be the recipe of Japanese cook Maa Tamagosan. But the recipe did not come out so I couldn’t use, but its design. To avoid a failure with you, I updated it with my girlfriend Jarmila into a delicious and certainly successful version.

Preparation time 10 minutes .. Baking 10-15 minutes


  • 140 g butter
  • 100 g fine sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla-extract
  • 200 g flour
  • 50 g almond powder
  • almonds, walnuts, cashews


Preheat oven to 150°C (320 F).

Beat the butter with the sugar until creamy. Add the egg and vanilla extract. Beat them it well.

Add the flour and ground almonds and mix well. Stop beating when the mass is homogeneous.

Make a ball of dough, wrap it in cling film and place for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator to cool.

Roll the dough after cool completely in thickness of 3 mm and cut bears of using cutters.

Put the bears on a baking or bakfolie covered baking sheet and put in the middle a little note. Prick with a chopsticks. the eyes and mouth and close the notes in the hands of the bears.

Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes, until lightly golden start to become. Let cool and enjoy it.
