Summer salad Nr.2

Fruity, nutritious and light summer salad.

Preparation time 20 minutes

INGREDIENTS .. 2 pers

  • 4 little cucumbers
  • 1 orange
  • 1 grapefruit
  • 4-5 strawberries
  • 125 g whole grain rice
  • maple syrup

PREPARATION

Cut the citrus fruit à la vif and then into slices. Wash cucumber and cut into slices. Cook the rice until ready. Then mix the sliced citrus fruits, cucumber chunks and chopped strawberries.

Pour a bit of maple syrup and mix with the salad.
