Refreshing lemonade syrup, which originated from the failed recipe for the sauce.
Preparation time 30 minutes .. Durability several months
- 500 g strawberries
- 2 cups of icing sugar
- lemon juice
Boil the sugar with water to syrup. Wash the strawberries, cut them in half and add to the syrup with the lemon juice. Cook just until strawberries are soft and then take them through the sieve. Pour the syrup into clean bottles and close tightly.
Let cool and store in the basement or in a cool place.
