Strawberry joconda ®

Another recipe from my creative studio. This time a real strawberry biscuit without colorants or artificial flavours.

Preparation time 10 minutes .. Baking 15-18 minutes


  • 300 g strawberries
  • 100 g flour
  • 50 g almond flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 g sugar
  • 5 tbsp whipping cream
  • 100 g butter


Preheat the oven to 180°C. Mix the flour and the yeast and mash the strawberries. Add the sugar and mix well.

Beat the eggs and add them together with the cream. Sift the flour with the yeast and mix well. Divide the batter on baking sheet lined with baking paper and greased.

Bake for about 18-20 minutes in the oven. Take out of the oven and let cool down completely.

The biscuit is really great: smelling for strawberries, delicious, elastic and not too sweet. Great for preparing fruit or cream cakes and desserts.
