Provençal potatoes

Aromatic, crunchy, simply irresistible side dish.

Preparation time 15 minutes .. Baking 45 minutes


  • 1 kg potatoes
  • olive oil
  • coarse salt
  • Provençal spices


Wash the potatoes in plenty of water and cut them into thick slices. When the potatoes have a thin skin, you do not have to peel them beforehand. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Arrange the potato slices in an ovenproof dish, greased with olive oil. Pour some olive oil also on the potatoes and add a pinch of coarse sea salt and ground pepper. Finally, sprinkle some Provencal herbs and bake the potatoes for 45 minutes in the oven at 180°C.
