Pork tenderloin with blueberries

Easy, quick and very yummy dish.

Preparation time 30 minutes


  • 1 kg varkenhaasje
  • 50 g bacon
  • juice of 1 orange
  • 1 dl red wine
  • 3 tbsp whipped cream
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • handful blueberries
  • 3 tbsp Bubble jam →
  • 40 g butter
  • salt & pepper


Heat 2/3 of the butter in the frying pan and fry the fillets around nicely browned on. Let the bunnies under the cover yarn gently 10 minutes, but make that they remain pink.
Melt into another pan the rest of the butter and fry the bacon in ca.3 minutes. Add the orange juice, wine, mustard, bubble jam, blueberries and whipped cream. Stir everything together and simmer 10 minutes. Stir the sauce occasionally.

Serve the meat in nice angled pieces and give the sauce separately.
