Pork saute with chestnut tagliatelle

Yummy in your tummy.

Preparation time 45 minutes


  • 750 g pork meat
  • 1 big onion
  • mustard
  • soy sauce
  • ketchup (or tomato puree)
  • grind red sweet pepper
  • oregano
  • lard
  • salt & pepper
  • oil

Cut the meat into strips and sprinkle with paprika, nutmeg, oregano, salt and pepper.
Chop the onion finely and fry in fat (oil). When the onions fried until translucent, add the meat and fry with onions on each side red. Pour the meat veal broth and simmer until tender.

When the meat is tender, add soy sauce, mustard, ketchup, or tomato paste and bring to a boil. Let everything be well hit together and take of the fire.

Serve with baked potatoes or rice.
