Authentic Italian pizza dough.
Preparation time 10 minutes .. Rising 30-45 minutes
INGREDIENTS .. 2 pizza’s
- 1 cup durum wheat flour
- 140 ml luke warm water
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 10 g fresh yeast
PREPARATION
Mix all ingredients into a dough. If necessary, you may add the water or the flower. Let the dough rise at room temperature cca 30-45 minutes. Done, your dough is ready to be processed to delicious pizza.
