Yummy, soft en celiac pizza dough.
Preparation time 10 minutes .. Rising 30-45 minutes
INGREDIENTS .. 2 pizza’s
- 1 cup gluten-free flour
- 1 full tsp of Mix’ Gom mixture
- 140 ml luke warm water
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 10 g fresh yeast
Mix the dry ingredients with a beater. Add the remaining ingredients and make a loose dough. If necessary, you may add water or flour. Let the dough rise at room temperature cca 30-45 minutes. Ready. Now you can handle dough to pizza.
Mix’ Gom mixture is a substitute of guar gum and xanthan gum, designed for hot and cold processing. The dough baked with Mix’Gom remains smooth and fluffy and not crumbly and dries not quickly as in the use of other preparations. If you don’t have it, use just xanthan gom of guar gom or combination of both.
