Pecorino piglets

Savory piglets made from Italian sheep cheese called Pecorino.

Preparation time 10 minutes .. Baking 15 minutes

INGREDIENTS .. 2 baking sheets

  • 150 g flour
  • 1 tsp kari powder
  • 1 tsp sesame seed
  • 1 tsp nigella seeds
  • 110 g butter
  • 100 g grated cheese
  • 1 yolk


Preheat the oven up to 180°C.

In a bowl add all purpose flour, curry powder, sesame seeds, onion seeds, butter, cheese mix it well, add egg yolk, kneed it like a dough.
Roll them into a thin sheet and cut them with the help of piglet shape cutter, transfer them into a baking tray.

Bake them at 180°C for 15 minutes.
